Basic technical support is available via email at support@alphagen.shop or Discord. We wont charge for extended/custom support services. AlphaGen Codes provides free technical support for setup, basic troubleshooting, and configuration via email or Discord. All users—whether using standard or unique/custom applications—receive complimentary security updates at no cost. Additionally, customers may request optional feature updates for their unique or custom applications at any time, subject to a £7 GBP update fee per update (reflecting approximately one hour of development).

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the purchase price of the product.
